By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. Sign AI Pro offers a Free plan (7 documents a month) and paid plans billed per user in Canadian dollars, monthly or annually at the discounted annual rate; paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate law, or jeopardize other tenants. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the documents you send and for having authority to request signatures from your recipients.

Electronic signatures. By sending or signing through Sign AI Pro you consent to transact electronically. Signatures captured through the service are intended to satisfy the requirements of Canadian electronic commerce legislation and PIPEDA, and to follow the US ESIGN and UETA frameworks: intent to sign, consent to do business electronically, attribution, and record integrity. Each completed envelope carries a certificate with a hash-chained event trail (timestamps, IP addresses, signature method) that all parties may rely on as the record of execution. Signers may decline to sign electronically at any time before completing; the sender is then responsible for offering another method.

AI pre-flight outputs are assistance, not legal advice. Flags and suggestions support your review; responsibility for the instrument you send and execute remains with you. The service is provided as is; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
